13/6 More of Chobe National Park
We took a boat ride on the Chobe river which forms the border with Namibia. Two herds of about 30 elephants each decided to swim to Namibia.
These groups included huge bulls down to very young babies. The bulls walking and the rest snorkeling their way across. They emerged in to the light of a setting sun lit up like ebony. The wild life was used to boats, allowing us to get very close.
